Application 303 Stainless gland plug body with 4′ Carpenter 20 solid rod electrode. The packaging gland construction of these units provides additional strength in environments with vibrations, shock or side thrust against the electrodes. These are generally used where lengths of 6′ or less are required. If longer than 6′ or if installed horizontally the rod should be insulated leaving 1″ of exposed bare rod on the tip. NOTE: The 6013-GP-303-CA-T-A-4 replaces old BW part #12-065800 & #12-065900.
